A little bit of sanding to antique the canisters and bring out some of the detail, and a quick coat of clear spray varnish later, and cha ching! A completely different set of canisters!
This whole project cost only about $7.00 when the price of the paint that was used is included. A beautiful and colorful addition for my kitchen, at a whole lot less than I would have had to pay in a retail store!
